Ellie Badge

Today I have the great honor of announcing that my blog is officially the coolest thing ever. Why you may ask? The answer, my friends, is that today I went to the Up house. Yes, the exact replica of the house shown in the lovely movie Up that my blog is named after (Adventure is Out There if you didn't get the reference). Brilliant, eh? I was rather stoked about it to be honest and will now post some pictures.

It's Andy's room! I know it says Jack, but they're silly and it's supposed to say Andy. This is my FAVORITE!!!
This is the princess room. Someday...
I LOVE this kitchen! When I grow up, all of my appliances will be light blue and look exactly like these!
All it needs is the little chair-thingy. Perfect!
I thought this was beautiful. This part in the movie always almost makes me cry. Almost.
I love how they're all pre-done. :)
Their bedroom. I love the lamps and how they portray the characters' personalities. They're probably my favorite parts of the room.
It's Paradise Falls! Look at little Ellie, what a cutie.
I figured out how to rotate me at the Up house, so ignore the other one.
It's the adventure book--hooray!
How cute are their silhouettes? Plus also notice the money jar!
Their chairs! Now picture Ellie and Carl reading and holding hands in them. :)
The mailbox, perhaps one of my favorites.

Plus also, I AM HOME!!! My my my what a lovely feeling it is to be at home! I was so excited to finally get to see my parents and siblings again that I was practically jumping up and down! I'm pretty sure my roommate, Jaycie, thought I was insane, but that's okay!

Well folks, this is my life thus far. Hope you've enjoyed!
TTFN-ta ta for now!

Paperclip of Time

Well the past few days have been rather interesting. I have had one of THE most amazing experiences at an Institute fireside. I haven't felt the Spirit that strongly in such a long time! That's good, it makes me even more stoked for Institute and there is no shame in that. Plus also church was way good. Bishop taught Relief Society and he taught about how we're just kind of living in this tiny little paperclip of time on this never ending string eternity. That was slightly redundant, but I thought it was a very (Lance?) interesting concept.
Kyra aka Mrs. Captain Awesome Pants and I made a new friend the other day. We moseyed on down to the cemetery across the street and met a little two year old girl named Norma. She was two. We gave her some flowers.
So I think I'm falling in love. Logan is a super pretty place. I'm not so sure if I'm falling in love with school or not yet, but I definitely love the town, or at least the part where I live. Plus also I just had a bonding moment. It was intense. Yup, I think I'm in love with this place. Not school. Just the town. Good story.
Plus also I'm getting homesick. Don't go spreading this around to my parents, I don't want them to be worried about me or anything. I just miss them. I can't wait to see them in two days. Yes, I get to see my family in two days. I am stoked. I have a countdown. Don't tell them. Their heads will get big. I just love them.
Here are some more pictures of my life:

This is my Buzz Lightyear keychain. More proof of my love for him.

Kyra and I have matching flip-flops that we decided to cherish at that moment before the cemetery. Lovely. :)
